Our Promise

We want you to love what goes on your walls. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

–      You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

–      To initiate a return, email hello@canvaspile.com with your order number and the reason for return.

–      Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label (US orders only).

–      International returns are the responsibility of the customer for shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges for a different size, frame color, or piece of equal value. Email us at hello@canvaspile.com to arrange your exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

–      Custom or personalized orders.

–      Items returned after the 14-day window.

–      Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please email us at hello@canvaspile.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
