Shipping Rates

      Free standard shipping on all US orders above 99$.

      Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

      International shipping rates and any applicable duties or taxes are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their local authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@canvaspile.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Canvas Pile is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
